1. Purchase of Services
By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
2. Reservations
Our reservation team is available 24/7 to assist you. Please allow up to 24 hours’ notice to prepare the chauffeured vehicle. All prices are quoted in AED and cover the journey from pickup (A) to drop-off (B), except for fixed charges related to airports.
3. Online Bookings
Online bookings are subject to Safe and Fast Tourism’s approval. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if an incorrect price is listed. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is securely encrypted and not stored by us. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We may use your company name or logo on our website with no prior notice.
5. Single and Return Journeys
Return journeys within the same day are subject to waiting time charges if the return is within 3 hours or outside Dubai. No waiting charges apply for returns beyond 3 hours, though a different driver may be used.
6. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for all other journeys. Additional waiting time will incur a charge of AED 50 per 15 minutes. Charges will be applied to the credit/debit card provided.
7. Payments
Charges are payable in advance unless a credit account or pre-approved card is used. Payments for additional charges, such as extra waiting time or parking, will be billed to the provided card. Credit card payments have no surcharge but are non-refundable for cancellations. Prices include VAT and may change without notice.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations or amendments must be made and acknowledged by Safe and Fast Tourism at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so, or bookings made within 12 hours of the pickup time, may result in the full charge being applied.
9. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to show at the designated location.
10. Complaints
Complaints should be addressed to the driver or company immediately. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days of the hire’s end. We will acknowledge complaints within 14 days and respond fully within 28 days.
11. Fraud
We reserve the right to cancel bookings without notice if fraudulent activity is suspected. Suspicion may include inability to provide booking details or contact information, unauthorized payments, or previous fraudulent activity. We may report such cases to the fraud department.
